Q: HOW DO YOU PURIFY YOUR WATER?

A: We have a process that has six stages of filtration and purification.

Q: HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY SYSTEM WORK?

A: We offer a biweekly scheduled delivery system where we deliver enough water to, ideally, last you for two weeks.

Q: WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF WATER?

A: If you call before noon on Monday through Friday we will deliver on the same day.
